Individual/Employer Plans:
As of January 1st, 2026, Oregon requires all plans which are regulated by the state to provide Doula Services.  This means almost *all* insurance plans will cover doula services.   This is a very new benefit and most insurance companies haven't figured out how to allow Doulas to bill for this.  If you are unsure if your insurance covers Doula services, please reach out to us we'll do our best to help you navigate this new coverage.

If you are with Oregon Health Plan, we are contracted with Trillium and can accept open card.
